Rental Policies
Thank you for choosing to rent gear with us! To help make your experience smooth and enjoyable, please review the following guidelines for using our rental gear during guided trips and events.
1. Rental Availability
Gear rentals are available only for participants in our guided trips and events.
We do not rent gear for personal or independent use outside of our organized activities.
Exact items are not guaranteed. Guides will provide each participant with an item from the category they selected (backpack, tent, etc.), based on availability and suitability.
2. Rental Period
Gear is rented for the duration of your scheduled trip or event.
All gear must be returned at the end of the trip.
3. Used Gear Notice
Our rental gear is pre-used and may show signs of normal wear.
Some items may have minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect performance (e.g., light stains, patched fabric, or small scuffs).
We inspect all gear regularly to ensure it is functional, safe, and trail-ready.
4. Care and Use
We ask that you treat the gear with reasonable care, but we understand that outdoor use can involve dirt, moisture, and general wear.
Please do not attempt to repair or modify the gear. Let our team know if something needs attention during the trip.
5. Return and Inspection
At the end of the trip, please return all gear in the condition it was issued—minus normal wear from outdoor use.
We won’t charge for dirt, minor scuffs, or typical signs of use, but we do ask that you let us know if something was damaged. We understand that gear is meant to be used and will break down with repeated use.
In cases of significant damage or lost items, we may charge a repair or replacement fee.
6. Rental Fees
Rental costs are the same regardless of the length of the trip.
7. Liability
You are responsible for using the gear safely and only for its intended purpose during the guided trip.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of rented gear.
8. Refunds
Rental fees are refundable only if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the start of your scheduled trip or event.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, as gear has already been reserved and prepared for your use.
Failure to participate in the trip or event—for any reason—does not qualify for a rental refund.
9. Agreement
By renting gear, you agree to these guidelines and understand that while the gear is used, it is issued in good working order.
